Miles Khantracting Congratulates LMI on first GSA FEDSIM Acquisition

October 31, 2018

Miles Khantracting would like to congratulate its client, Logistics Management Institute (LMI), on its recent $222M Acquisition Program Management and Technical Solutions (APMTS) Task Order (TO) award in support of the United States Border Patrol (USBP). The acquisition was awarded under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM). Under this TO, LMI will build upon its history working with the USBP to provide system acquisition lifecycle and engineering support services to the Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD).

Miles Khantracting provided expert proposal consulting services to LMI for APMTS, which represents LMI’s first GSA FEDSIM proposal and one of the most significant awards in its history. We began our relationship with LMI prior to the Task Order Request (TOR) release with best practices training as well as strategic guidance and advisory support to focus pre-TOR activities. Our detailed support continued through the development of the proposal until final submission and included advisory and/or writing support on all aspects of the proposal.

“Miles Khantracting was a tremendous partner to LMI in pursuing and securing this task order,” said Scott Recinos, director of LMI’s Department of Homeland Security support. “Their expertise and strategic insights helped us navigate the process and ensured we provided the most competitive bid possible. This was a major undertaking for LMI and we are grateful to have had Miles Khantracting supporting us every step of the way.”
