Business Development

  • Assess current business development capabilities, contracts, and industry/government relationships against business goals
  • Facilitate establishing and building lasting relationships with federal acquisition offices and personnel
  • Provide analysis and guidance for identifying and pursuing new contract vehicles to complement current portfolio
  • Identify a pipeline of task order opportunities for existing prime contract vehicles
  • Assist clients in shaping task order opportunities
  • Identify and facilitate strategic teaming relationships with other industry partners
  • Assess recent proposals and proposal processes to identify areas for future improvement
  • Provide strategic consulting and support for development of GSA FEDSIM proposals
